Why use VR for Team Building?
It’s different
Your teams may have experienced lots of traditional team building, using VR is something fresh and new, as a result it always generates excitement and curiosity. Some of the VR activities we use require teams to develop completely new skills and thinking, something that is not possible with traditional team building.
Elicit a real response
Modern VR is total immersion, we use the latest headsets and technology and as a result it is incredibly immersive, delegates are often unprepared for this experience and sometimes forget the real world. This often means team members also forget their usual roles and become so engrossed in the VR task we get to see a bit more of the real them.
Create more challenging environments
VR can allow teams to be put in some extreme environments, something that is not possible in the real world, you can see how your teams react in challenging environments, at the edge of space, climbing a tall tower or building a bridge over a precarious chasm.
